The Pakistani version of  Katrina Kaif (or should we say, even better), Dr. Fazeela Abbasi also shared the same picture and announced the launch of her brand. This is the first Pakistani men’s skincare brand that will have a launch that generations will remember!

Pakistani, Turkish, and other fans from all over the world shared their good wishes on social media.

How did it all start? The Turkish drama, ‘Diriliş: Ertuğrul’ gained popularity last year as Pakistani Prime Minister, Imran Khan recommended that everyone should watch this drama as it focuses on the earlier history of Muslims and teaches a lot about Islam. The Pakistan Television Corporation was allowed to air its dubbed version as a  successful tactic to keep Pakistanis hooked during Covid-19. What a smart move! Also, it doesn’t hurt that Turgut Alp is so good looking.

This paved the way for Pakistan and Turkey’s improved relations as Pakistani fans showered ‘Ertugul’ stars with an abundance of love. As a marketing strategy, Pakistani brands started inviting Ertugul stars including Engin Altan Düzyatan, Esra Bilgiç, and Cengiz Coşkun to Pakistan, while some jealous Pakistani celebrities highlighted their concerns regarding Pakistani brands prioritizing Turkish stars over local talent. Can their criticisms stop the rise of Turks in Pakistan? Seems close to impossible *winks*
