We have 5 latest music videos from the world of Bollywood, Urban Desi, Punjabi, and the overall global South Asian independent scene all creatively curated just for you!

1) ‘Made In India’ – Raja Kumari

Born in Clairmont, California to Telugu parents, Raja Kumari is more Indian than her counterparts. It’s her craft, talent and her push that has made her who she actually is and we are standing by her. Different faces, age groups, colours of people all showcasing one thing – Being an Indian. As soon as the video starts, it takes us back to the Alisha Chinoy days back in 1995 when that song was released. That inspiration is pushed in the description as well. A big shoutout to Vijuta Vaidya for choreographing not just Raja Kumari but also elegant and evergreen Madhuri Dixit Nene.

2) ‘Khudaya Vey’ – Bilal Saeed x Momina Mustehsan

Bilal Saeed and Momina Mustehsan are back. Not that, they went anywhere, they just got together for a photoshoot, then made videos and releasing them one by one without really giving too much away. We have seen a lot of Bilal and Momina together with similar background and aesthetics, so the song does not move us much, even though they are fantastic vocalists. But we are excited to watch the film ‘Dam Mastam’ from which this track is based.

3) ‘Ek Or Selfie Lene Do’ – Dhinchak Pooja

With 160K subscribers on YouTube and over 155mn views as of right now, Pooja Jain aka Dhinchak Pooja is not just a cringe artist, she is one of the most successful YouTubers from India. Her first viral track ‘Selfie’ came out in 2017 but she has two releases prior to that. Besides her singing career she is also a reality TV star. She knows what she is doing and loving it. The trolls can do what they do best, troll. But she is going to keep releasing songs, content, videos and whatever she wants to because she can, and we support that. Listen to the track back to back three times and you will be hooked.

4) ‘Shukrana’, Dil Se Dil Tak – Yasoob Ali

This Eid is all about giving thanks and that’s exactly what ‘Shukrana’ does. Singer Yasoob Ali has beautifully sung the song but Rizwan Sikander is the one who brings life to this breathe of fresh air. The song is part of ‘Dil Se Dil Tak’ an independent Bollywood music album by Shailendra Singh and if you haven’t peeped it yet, you should watch and listen to the song, separately.

5) “GOAT” – LazarusChe

A medical doctor by profession, Lazarus was born in the city of probably the best rappers alive – Detroit. This Eidi takes us back home to his father’s village in Pakistan. Lazarus has been winning awards, respect and credibility from hip hop radio stations to individuals for a while now. This time, it is all about his lyrical flow, hustle and taking his people with him. Produced by YoYo Honey Singh, ‘GOAT’ is a vibe that is extremely different from Singh’s in recent times. It’s about time Honey Singh showcases his production skills to the world and genius acts like Lazarus.
